PAYMENT TERMS: See sales invoice for complete Terms and Conditions of Sale. US$ Checks; Amex, VISA , and MasterCard credit cards accepted.  RETURN CHECK CHARGES: US$35. All prices are quoted in US$, FOB San Jose, plus shipping and any applicable duties or taxes. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% service charge per month.

RETURN POLICY: Returns and exchanges for products not defective in workmanship and/or materials will be accepted up to 2 days after your shipment acceptance if the stands are unused and returned in the original packaging. A restocking fee of 30% may be charged on all custom orders. We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns on custom banner orders.
